On behalf of the Petersburg Varsity Softball Team, we would like to thank the Cover 1 Foundation for their generosity and help in providing various items for our team. They gave us cleats, game pants, gloves, batters helmets, and specialized hitting equipment. Our young ladies are very appreciative of these special gifts.

I support the Cover 1 Foundation because it serves needy high school sports in the Richmond Metropolitan area. As a retired high school Athletic Director in the area, I know of many high schools that struggle to fund their athletic programs. We do not want any sports or teams left behind and Cover 1 strives to help those school programs in need by providing needed equipment. I hope many others will consider financially helping this worthwhile organization.
